The highest bidder shall be the purchaser, should any dispute arise between one or more bidders the lot in dispute will be put up again and re-sold or the auctioneer may declare the purchaser. The auctioneer may in his sole discretion refuse any bid without stating a reason.
A bid shall be taken as proof that the bidders have made themselves acquainted with the lot for which they bid.
The auctioneer guarantees the gold caratage of all the jewellery. Diamonds where certified will have the relavant laboratory certificate and the grading of all other diamonds although professionally accessed are usually calculated in the setting in which case the guarantee would allow a 10% variation on colour and clarity. All wrist watches are sold in working order and guaranteed as genuine.

All gemstones stated in the catalogue as natural are guaranteed as such however today 90% of all natural gemstones will have been heat treated and/or fracture filled to enhance the colour and clarity of the stone.
The values attributed to the items in this catalogue are done to the best of our ability based on retail and insurance values which would include vat and as such carry no guarantee whatsoever.
A fully refundable deposit of R2500.00 will be required on registration, which if not used at the completion of the auction will be fully refunded or deducted from any purchases made.
All national purchases of jewellery and watches will be delivered and insured within 24 hours by RAM couriers or SFS couriers at a cost of R250. The delivery charges on larger items will be negotiated with the courier companies by us on your behalf.
